For a faster and more informative response, please provide details on your project, including nature of the deliverable, topic, the brief or materials you will provide, scope of services required (e.g. copywriting, editing, translation, speechwriting), and if possible, comparable examples.

We will strive to respond to most enquiries within 24 hours. In certain cases, such as when you need a comprehensive service package that requires coordination with third party agencies, or need us to respond to a detailed RFP, please allow three working days.

Note on quotes for budgeting purposes

If you are at project's planning or budgeting stage, you may be considering approaching a number of copywriting agencies to get a ballpark estimate of the cost. In such scenario, we will provide you with an indicative quote that should be interpreted as a cap on total costs.

Note on quotes for website content

For enquiries about website content creation, SEO, or polishing, please also provide an estimate of the total word count of the website (due to time constraints, we will not be able to crawl an entire website ourselves in order to provide a fixed quote).
